Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be applicable in the following situations:

• ➤ The product is expired at the time of delivery
• ➤ The product is missing from your order

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact JJ Home Care within 48 hours of delivery.

• ➤ Provide your order number
• ➤ Provide a clear description of the issue
• ➤ Share clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging
• ➤ Keep the original product and packaging until the issue is resolved

3. Verification Process

Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and supporting images or videos provided by you. If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved, the amount will generally be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The actual time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following situations may not be eligible for refund or replacement:

• ➤ Products that have been opened or used, unless defective
• ➤ Products without their original packaging
• ➤ Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer
• ➤ Requests submitted after the applicable reporting period
• ➤ Products returned without prior approval from JJ Home Care

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable. However, if the product was delivered incorrectly, arrived damaged, or the issue is determined to be our responsibility, the applicable shipping charges may be considered for reimbursement.

7. Replacement Policy

If a replacement is approved, JJ Home Care will arrange the replacement subject to product availability. Replacement delivery time may vary depending on the product and delivery location.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our Terms & Conditions . Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
